EGGLESS RAISIN CAKE 
1 c. raisins
2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts

In large saucepan, boil raisins and water for 10 minutes. Add butter and let cool. In same saucepan, add rest of ingredients. Mix all together. No need to sift first. Bake in greased 10x10 inch pan, 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
