APPLE BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raw apples, chopped (not peeled)
4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
4 tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix sugar, oil, vanilla, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add eggs, sour cream, soda and salt. Mix well. Then add apples and pecans. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 2 large juice cans. Pour equal amount of batter in each can.

Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
