DANDELION WINE 
1 gal. dandelion flowers
1 gal. boiling water
3 lbs. sugar
1 lemon
1 orange
1 inch whole ginger or cinnamon
1 oz. yeast

Pour boiling water over flowers. Leave for 3 days. Stir often. Strain and add pared orange and lemon rind and sliced fruit, sugar and spice. Boil gently for 20 minutes.

When cooled, add yeast on piece of toast, cover and leave 2 days. Strain, when fermentation stops bottle. Do not cork for 2 months.
