CUCUMBER MOUSSE 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. grated onion
3/4 c. grated cucumber (with peeling)
1 c. slivered almonds

Pour boiling water on gelatin; mix well. Cool. Add cheese, mayo, grated onion, cucumber and nuts. Pour into a wet mold and refrigerate.
