TEXAS CAVIAR 
1 can black eyed peas
1 can black beans
1 can yellow corn
1 can white corn
1 can sliced black olives
2 cans rotel tomatoes
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 small bottle Italian dressing

Drain all canned ingredients. Put in bowl. Add bell pepper, onion, and Italian dressing. Cover and let sit overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
