CHICKEN BOW TIE PASTA 
1 1/2 lbs. of chicken (slice in chunks)
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cups sliced olives
4 tomatoes, chopped

Cook chicken chunks in olive oil. Add rest of ingredients except olives and tomatoes and sauté until green peppers are done, approx. 5 minutes. Then add tomatoes and olives, cook until hot, 5-10 minutes. Pour mixture over 1 pkg. of cooked bow tie pasta. Top with fresh parmesan cheese.
