GRASSHOPPER CAKE 
1 dark chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate pudding
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. water

FILLING:

1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. creme de menthe
1/3 c. white creme de cocoa
2 c. whipping cream

Bake cake as directed on box in a greased and floured Bundt pan. When cool, cut twice horizontally. For filling, heat creme de menthe and creme de cocoa. Add softened gelatin (dissolved in water). Stir until dissolved; cool.

Whip cream and fold in gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Spread 1/3 of filling on first layer of cake. Place second cake layer, then 1/3 of filling. Top the cake and put rest of filling in the center. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
