BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 lb. jumbo shrimp, raw and deveined
2 c. plain bread crumbs
3 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) can tiny crushed shrimp (can use lobster or crabmeat)
1/2 lb. butter, melted

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add crushed shrimp. Pour melted butter over mixture and mix well by hand until it can be pressed into a ball. Add some water if it won't stay together. Divide mixture and press into opened vein of shrimp back. Place on cookie sheet in 400 degree oven for 8 to 12 minutes. Serves 3 or 4 adults.
