BAKED HASH 
2 c. thinly sliced or diced roast beef
1 c. diced raw potatoes
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. brown beef gravy
1/2 c. water
Biscuit dough
1/4 c. diced celery
1 can tomato sauce
Salt, pepper, dash of Worcestershire

Lightly brown potatoes, celery, and onions. Add beef, tomato sauce, gravy, and water. Season to taste, add Worcestershire sauce, and simmer about 15 minutes. Place in casserole. If mixture is too thick, add more water as biscuit dough will absorb some liquid. Place biscuits dough over top; bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until biscuits are done. Serves 6.
