FINGER JELLO 
3 pkgs. flavored Jello
3 c. boiling water
4 pkgs. Knox gelatin
1 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Dissolve unflavored Knox gelatin in cold water. Mix everything together. Add two tablespoons lemon juice and stir. Pour mixture into large cake pan. Chill in refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Cut into squares (or use your favorite holiday cookie cutters) and eat with your fingers.
