ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 can tomatoes & green chilies
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese
1 clove garlic
1 can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco mix
1 doz. corn tortillas
3/4 c. milk
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown meat, onions and chopped garlic. Drain. Add sauce and tomatoes and spices. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with tortillas. Pour in meat mixture. Add another layer of tortillas. Pour soup over top and milk over soup and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
