ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic (optional)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 doz. corn tortillas (frozen)
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Hot peppers if desired

Brown hamburger, garlic, and onion in skillet. Drain off grease. Add tomato sauce and seasoning mix. Heat.

Line bottom of pan (13 x 9 inch) with 6 tortillas. Pour meat mixture over these. Cover with 6 more tortillas. Pour soup over top; then milk over soup. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

When served, let people top with lettuce, fresh tomato, chopped onion, and whatever else desired. Serves 8.
