1 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. flavoring, your choice
1 box confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. milk
1 lg. egg white

Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add milk and flavoring. Beat at high speed for 4 minutes. Add egg white and beat 4 minutes longer. Add food coloring to color.
