MAKE AHEAD BREAKFAST BAKE | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 2 slices bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 6 eggs 2 c. milk Crumble sausage in a medium skillet until brown. Drain well. Spread bread cubes in buttered 12 x 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Top with sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings; beat well. Pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until set. Yields 6 to 8 servings. |
