PINA COLADA PIE | |
8 oz. frozen whipped topping 1 c. coconut 1/2 c. frozen pineapple juice, undiluted 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 c. pecan pieces Chocolate pie crust (can use graham cracker) Allow frozen ingredients to thaw slightly. Mix all together and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with toasted coconut or shaved chocolate. |
