ITALIAN CHICKEN 
Cut up chicken pieces
1 c. flour
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. sweet basil
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. Accent

Add the Good Seasons mix and spices into the flour. Wash chicken and salt slightly. Pour flour mixture in plastic bag and shake chicken in mixture. Brown quickly in oil. Place in large, flat pan (don't stack). Cover with foil and bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Uncover and pour a little melted butter on each piece. Return to oven UNCOVERED and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or more until crisp and brown. Chicken need not be turned during baking.
