CRUSTY TOPPED BAKED POTATOES 
Choose medium or large baking potatoes. Scrub and clean for baking. Bake in microwave (or regular oven) until done. Remove from oven and split in two lengthwise. Coat tops with olive oil, seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler until brown and crispy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
