CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 whole chicken
12 soft corn tortillas
1 packet Lawry's enchilada sauce mix
Shredded cheese
Onion, diced

Boil chicken (whole) with a little bit of salt. Shred chicken and season it. Set aside. Fry tortillas in a little oil. Dip in sauce. Mix cheese and onions together and put some on tortilla with chicken and roll up tortilla. Sprinkle some cheese mixture on top and pour any leftover sauce on top. Put in oven until cheese melts.
