SAUERKRAUT AND POLISH SAUSAGE 
2 cans sauerkraut, mild
4 Polish sausages
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 lg. apples, sliced

Boil sausage 20 minutes. Drain sauerkraut. In casserole dish put sauerkraut, brown sugar, celery seed and apples. Mix thoroughly and add sausage. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Pierce sausages while in casserole. Serves 4.
