TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 or 2 tsp. taco seasoning

Mix ground turkey, 1 cup tomato sauce, crushed corn chips, chopped onion and pepper and taco seasoning. Shape into small (1 inch) balls. Chill. Brown in 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Add remaining cup of tomato sauce to skillet and simmer for 30 minutes.
