HEARTY CRAB SOUP 
4 c. cold water
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. seafood seasoning
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
No. 1 can tomatoes, chopped
No. 1 Maryland special crabmeat (remove cartilage)
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. flour (mixed with 1/3 cup water to thicken)

Put water in large pot and bring to boil. Add all ingredients except crabmeat. Bring to boil, then simmer 1 1/2 hours. Thicken with flour mixture. Add crabmeat. Simmer 1/2 hour. Yield: 2 1/2 quarts.
