TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. chopped turkey, chicken or ham
1 1/2 c. noodles
1 can celery soup
1 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced pimentos
1/2 c. chicken bouillon (if using ham, use beef bouillon)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Cook and drain noodles. Mix all ingredients (except bread crumbs) together and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Spread bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Recipe may easily be doubled or tripled.
