SIMPLE, TASTY BAKED CHICKEN 
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.

Use any amount of chicken desired of wings (tips cut off), niblets, or deboned, skinned (if desired) breast fillets. Baste first one side with butter and season with McCormicks lemon and herb seasoning; turn, repeat same. Bake at about 375 degrees. Baking time depends on chicken used, (bone or boneless). We have used this idea on whole chickens, split down the middle, or regular chicken breasts and cooked them on the grill.
