APPLE DUMPLINGS 
5 medium apples (tart), peeled and quartered
1 can Butter-Me-Not canned biscuits
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. apple pie spice

Roll biscuits until thin. Cut in half. Use 1/4 apple. Roll in biscuit half. Place in baking dish, cut side down, close but not touching. Using a saucepan, mix sugar, butter, water, lemon juice and pie spices. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour over apples and biscuits.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
