CHRIS' GOOD STUFF 
2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese

Saute meat with onions and drain any grease. Add soup and sauce. Simmer 30 minutes or you can put in crock pot for several hours. Before serving add cheese in slices, let melt and stir into mixture. Serve with corn or tostado chips.
