SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
1 c. butter
6 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Sift flour, soda and salt together. Add 1/2 of sour cream and 1/2 of flour and mix. Add remainder of sour cream and flour. Mix well and add vanilla. Pour into tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 75 to 90 minutes.
