GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
20 graham crackers
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar

FILLING:

2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Make crust. Blend all filling ingredients together until smooth. Pour into crust. Chill. Top with meringue.
