WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. Jonathan apples, cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. Queen Anne cherries, pitted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Chopped nuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. Add celery and cherries. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar and salt. Fold into apples. Chill 1 hour, top with nuts. Serves 6.
