RHUBARB CRUNCH 
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin, dry
1 1/2 c. melted butter
1 (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
1 c. water

Combine rhubarb, marshmallows, gelatin and sugar. Spread in bottom of greased 9x13 baking pan.

Combine the melted butter and cake mix. Sprinkle on top of rhubarb mixture. Pour the water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
