FROSTED SALAD 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 lg. bananas
2 c. 7-Up

Dissolve Jello in water and 7-Up. Chill until partly get. Mix drained pineapple, bananas and marshmallows into Jello. Pour into a 9 inch pan. Chill until firm. Add topping and chill overnight.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cream, whipped
1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Stir in juice and egg. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat, add butter. Let cool. Fold in whipped cream and pour over frosted Jello mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
