WHEAT GERM PANCAKES 
2 c. milk
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. sea kelp
1 tsp. honey (optional)
2 c. wheat germ
1 c. brown rice flour

Beat the egg yolk and then the milk and flour. Beat well and fold in the stiffly beaten whites of the 4 eggs just before baking. This recipe makes about 16 pancakes. Serves 6-8.
