EDEN ISLE BREAST OF CHICKEN 
6 lg. chicken breasts, boned & halved
Freshly ground black pepper, as desired
6 slices bacon, halved
1 1/2 sm. jars dried beef
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Sprinkle prepared chicken breasts with pepper. Do not salt. Wrap half bacon strips around each chicken breast half. Place fairly thick layer of dried beef in bottom of 9"x13" baking dish or pan. Top with bacon wrapped chicken.

Cover with mixture of soup, sour cream and softened cream cheese. Cover lightly with foil. Bake in 325 degree oven for 2 hours. When tender, remove foil to brown chicken.
