SWISS POTATOES 
8 c. cooked sliced potatoes
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. dill weed
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss and set aside: Swiss cheese, onion and dill weed. In saucepan, melt butter, add milk, flour, salt. Cook on low heat 2 minutes, remove from heat. Fold in 2 cups sour cream. Butter 9x13 inch pan.

Layer 1/2 potato slices, 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/2 white sauce. Repeat. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 35 minutes.
