IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI
PIE
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10" pie plate.

Thaw broccoli under water; drain. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onion in plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.

Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Easy.
