1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease 10 inch pie plate. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse broccoli under cold running water to thaw, drain. Mix broccoli, 2 cups of the cheese, chicken and onion; put in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 25-35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer to melt cheese. Cool 5 minutes.
