ZABAGLIONE 
4 egg yolks
4 tbsp. of sugar
1/3 c. Marsala wine

Beat egg yolks until light and lemon colored. Gradually add 4 tablespoons of sugar beating constantly. Add marsala wine and beat thoroughly. Put all ingredients in top of double boiler and cook over hot, not boiling water until thick. Beating continuously. Pour into dessert dishes. Serve warm, alone or as a sauce over fruit. Serves 4.
