APRICOT SALAD 
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 pkg. coconut macaroons
1 med. can apricots, drained and mashed
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Cook first 3 ingredients until thick like custard. Spread crumbled coconut macaroons cookies and apricots over cookies. Spread cooled custard over second layer. Spread Cool Whip on top. Let set overnight cut into squares and serve.
