ARMENIAN RICE PILAF | |
1 c. raw white rice 1 c. fine raw noodles 1/2 c. butter 2 c. Swanson's chicken broth Melt butter in saucepan. Add noodles and stir until golden brown. Put noodles and melted butter in a casserole dish. Heat chicken broth until boiling. Meanwhile, mix raw rice and noodle-butter mixture together in casserole dish. Pour boiling chicken broth over rice. Do not stir. Put lid on casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
