SPANISH ROAST 
3 lb. pork roast
3/4 c. sweet pepper, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1 bottle tomato ketchup

Bake roast at 350 degrees for 2 hours; chop into small pieces. Put layer of pepper and celery; cover with ketchup. Repeat ingredients. After layering meat, pepper, celery and ketchup, heat thoroughly.
