CHOCOLATE PIE WITH MERINGUE 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 egg yolks
2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 egg whites
pinch of cream of tartar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients except vanilla and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites with pinch of cream of tartar. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Spread on pie and bake at 350°F until light brown. Let cool and enjoy!
