CRISPY HERB FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp. chives
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 (3-4 lb.) chicken, cut up

Mix ingredients together. Wash chicken and coat with flour mixture.

Heat 1 inch oil in fry pan; cook until brown (approximately 8-10 minutes). Continue cooking and turn until evenly brown and tender.
