BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) Betty Crocker hash brown potatoes, dry
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped cooked ham
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 tsp. dry mustard
5 eggs, beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12" x 7 1/2" x 2". Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
