MOM'S POTATO SALAD 
1 (10 lb.) bag potatoes
1 green onion (bunch)
1 celery stick
4 eggs
3 cans black olives
1 med. jar mayonnaise
1 tsp. muster (for color)
1/2 tsp. salt

Peel and chop the potatoes into small squares and then boil them (about 45 minutes). Drain them and put them aside to cool off.
