CHICKEN DIVAN 
16 generous slices chicken, preferably white meat
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. chicken stock
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
3 tbsp. sherry
Salt
Pepper
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Place in large casserole or 12x8 inch pan.

In saucepan, melt butter and blend with flour. Add chicken stock gradually until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Cook for 10 minutes. Add cream, sherry and seasonings. Pour half of sauce over broccoli. Add the grated cheese to the remainder of the sauce.

Arrange chicken slices on broccoli in casserole. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake uncovered 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
