STRAWBERRY MUFFINS 
1 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. strawberry jam
1/2 c. strawberries
1 c. sour cream

Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and eggs. Mix dry ingredients together then add to butter/sugar mixture. Add strawberry jam, strawberries and sour cream, mix well. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
