CRUNCHY CELERY SLAW 
4 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. coarsely shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
2/3 c. plain yogurt

In large bowl combine celery with carrots, raisins, and nuts. Set aside. Blend together oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir in yogurt. Pour over celery mixture. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce if desired. Serves 8.
