DOUG'S FAVORITE CORNED BEEF RING 
1 env. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (12 oz.) can corn beef, shredded

Dissolve 1 envelope gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water (over hot water).

In mixing bowl, stir well all ingredients, adding meat last. Pour into 1 quart ring mold which has been rinsed with cold water. Refrigerate to set. Serves 4- 6.
