CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
16 slices white bread
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 (7 oz.) cans crab meat
5 eggs
3 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Butter bottom of casserole dish. Cut crusts off bread. Lay 8 slices of bread on bottom of dish and butter. Then lay 8 slices of Swiss cheese, sprinkle crab on top of cheese. Then layer 8 more slices of bread on top of meat.

Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper in blender and pour all over mixture. Let stand overnight. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
