CRABMEAT CASSEROLE | |
Scald one cup milk. Add one cup fine bread crumbs, one cup grated cheddar cheese, one can or one pound fresh, shelled, cleaned crabmeat, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, little pepper and 1/4 cup melted butter. Fold in 3 beaten eggs last. Place in a casserole dish, then put the dish in a pan partially filled with water for 40 to 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. |
