SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork cubes
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 medium green pepper, sliced

Brown meat in oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain pineapple reserving syrup and add water to make 3/4 cup liquid. Stir syrup and barbecue sauce into meat. Add pineapple and green pepper. Simmer one hour or until meat is very tender. Blend cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water and stir into meat - cook until thick. Serve over rice or noodles.
